Registering With Six-Love Rackets booking system

This you tube video explains how to register on the app and make your first court booking.

Part 1: How to Register

  1. Click the registration link provided by your club to begin creating your profile.

  2. Choose your preferred language, then enter your email address, full name, and select a password.

  3. Provide your phone number and personal details.

  4. Choose your playing level for each available racket sport. If you are unsure of your skill level, you can click the "what's my rating" link for a quick breakdown, or choose "none" if you do not plan to play that sport. Do not worry about getting it perfectly right, as the system will automatically adjust your level based on your match results later.

  5. Agree to the terms and conditions and opt into communications, which are strictly for bookings and club events.

  6. Check your email inbox and click the validation link to confirm your registration. This will open up your club app.

Part 2: Setting Up Your Profile

  1. Once your membership is authorized, you will be taken to the Clubhouse homepage.

  2. Tap your profile icon (which displays your initials) to open your saved photos and upload a profile picture.

  3. Optional Privacy & Play Settings: While on your profile page, you have the option to hide your ratings, match records, or your entire profile from other players. You can also choose to opt into competitive play or join ladders from this screen.

Part 3: Booking Your First Court

  1. From the main clubhouse screen, click on new booking and choose from the sports available at your club.

  2. Select the day you wish to play and choose your desired play duration.

  3. Browse the available time slots. Here, you can check court pricing and even view live weather updates for the exact time you plan to play.

  4. Select from the available courts, taking note of the specific surface type displayed (such as a clay court).

  5. Select your match type, such as a singles match.

  6. Add opponents by searching through existing club members, or if your club allows it, invite a guest outside the community by entering their name and email or phone number.

  7. Review the summary of your booking on the final page.

  8. Choose your payment method. You can choose to pay for the full court yourself or split the cost equally with the other players. If your club operates on a subscription model where court fees are included, you will skip the payment screen entirely.

  9. Once the transaction processes, you can share the game details with your guest directly via WhatsApp or copy a link to send via SMS or email.

Your upcoming booking, guest details, and relevant match information will now be visible on your main screen
